Find a peaceful place, relax, and breathe deeply. Choose a colored pencil, scribble with your subconscious mind, than use your conscious mind to look for an action within the lines. Draw in your feelings; write a caption, and the date.

For example, in the ScribThought below, I saw an arm. It said to me that it was mangled and hiding something, like a body curled up expressing anguish and pain. Voila: the ScribThought was created (realized)!

You will find a whole plethora of ScribThoughts and prompts to help you delve deeper into your mind in my book Not Just, Not Ever! Let Your Creative Life Comfort and Inspire You, especially on page 26, Chapter 4, I Pick and I Ask, in Rhythm. I also worked out my addiction to smoking cigarettes in Chapter 7, The Thinning Air, and other issues throughout the book.
